Breakfast and after school - can be booked and paid for in 30 minute slots.

Funded childcare
Early learning for 2 year olds
Some 2-year-olds in England will be eligible for FREE early education.
Certain eligibility criteria apply. Please click the link to find out if you may be eligible. If applying due to income please follow this link to the website which will provide you with a reference required by preschool to claim this funding

Government Funded Places for 3&4 year olds
Every child is entitled to up to 15 hours per week early years care and provision from the term after their third birthday. You do not have to use your full entitlement and will only be required to sign termly for the hours used. You may claim your funded hours across more than one setting. Putnoe Woods is unique in the area as it offers parents the ability to use their funded hours across a flexible range of hours between 8am and 6pm. We do not charge for lunch club allowing your child to stay all day at no cost to you.
Government Funded Places for 9months+
Eligible working families of children aged 9 months to school age can receive up to 30 hours of funded childcare per week.

To access funded childcare parents must complete and sign a declaration form each term. Failure to do this may result in the funded place being withdrawn. There are rules and criteria that must be adhered to. Funding cannot be used for ad hoc sessions, only permanently booked sessions. If you opt to stretch your funding across the holiday weeks you must sign up for one full year which is 3 terms from when your child becomes funded.
Additional Sessions
Additional sessions can be booked and paid for (subject to availability). All additional sessions must be paid for in advance .
Those staying until 5pm will be provided with a cooked tea as part of their fees. Preference will be given to those booking in advance. These ad-hoc bookings require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice and must be paid for even if you decide to cancel with less than 24 hours notice
.All permanent session changes require one month’s notice.
Non Funded Fees
Putnoe Woods Preschool is a low cost charitable provider, Our pricing covers our costs, no profit is paid to shareholders and surplus is used to replace and improve equipment for the children. We look to families to support us, by paying their fees on time as requested.
All fees are payable on receipt of invoice, which will be emailed to you the last week of every month and payable a month in advance at the start of the month. In certain circumstances, other payment options may be available. Fees will remain applicable in the event of any absence for illness or holidays.
Non-payment of fees will lead to the loss of your child’s non funded place at the Preschool
We try to be flexible and understand family financial situations can change dramatically and will always endeavor to help.
